2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update pricing or promotional offers at any time. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways.

3. Shipping

We ship across India. Orders usually take 5–7 business days to arrive. If you're in Delhi and need same-day delivery, hit us up at +91 99587 90444 — glam waits for no one.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We don’t accept returns unless the product received is incorrect or damaged. If that’s the case, let us know within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo at thegemriot@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. We got you.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, images, product names, and copy — belongs to The Gem Riot. Don’t steal our sparkle.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless you contact us immediately and your package hasn’t already shipped. (We're quick, so act fast.)

7. Liability

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, wear-and-tear damages, or improper use of the jewelry. Please handle your gems with care, they may be waterproof but aren't chemical-proof. Avoid exposure to chemicals, chlorine or perfumes for longevity
